I was traveling through the area and had to make a quick stop. The staff was friendly and attentive. Teresa was at the front desk and assisted with my request. I give her 5 stars for Customer service. If you are looking for a Marriott chain hotel conveniently located right off the freeway with a good location to restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and their staff. Very clean and good parking.
I had a great stay. They are remodeling, but the lobby is the only place I noticed. The room was nice and super clean. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Always greeted me. Great job!!!! I would stay here again!

I’ve been staying here every time I come to Shreveport which is monthly due to my job. The African American lady at the front desk who always has the pretty hair always makes my stay great. She is professional as well as hospitable. Provides great service and always listens to my concerns. As long as she’s here I will always come. Her friendliness keeps me coming back! The hotel itself is okay, and the cleaning staff always seems to do their job as well, but her service is the main reason I choose to return.
The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable. The showers had good water pressure. I would stay here again.
Recently updated. They're expanding the gym and have gotten rid of the pool. Super nice people.
I have stayed here previously in my business travel days. Rooms are nice, bathroom dated but spotless. All the staff were terrific and food served was tasty and priced nicely.
Even under construction, good experience overall. Very convenient on/off ramp access from I-20 and LA3132/I-220. Starbucks across the highway. Good gas station access along Financial Plaza. I was a road warrior on this stay over, so good for that stop.
